Charred bread

Ingredients
Bread of your choice cut into medium sized slices
Salvation olive oil
Lemon juice
Course-grained salt
Pepper
Dried oregano

Instructions
In an electric toaster, on the grill or over charcoal, toast the slices of bread on both sides on the grill (you can even use a toaster). Make sure they don’t burn, but take on a golden brown colour. Spread them out on a plate, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a little lemon juice, a little coarse salt, freshly ground pepper and oregano. Turn the slices over and repeat the process, drizzling and sprinkling on the other side.
